Clay Modelling, Thursday 28 May, 2:00 to 4:00pm, Registration ₹650

Clay modeling is a form of play-based learning that encourages children to express their emotions and to think about what they are doing with their hands. Whether you’re a child or an adult, the act of shaping clay can be very calming and thrilling. After some free play, the resource person will show participants how they can conceive of a form in their mind, and then realise it with their hands. When children pull and shape the forms they have imagined into existence, they experience the deep inner joy of seeing the results of their creativity emerge from their own hands.

Participants must bring a knife that they are familiar with using, a cutting board and an apron or at least a thick cloth or towel that they can wrap around their waists, to protect their clothes from spills.
